Yoga in Capalaba, in the nice park! We all have busy schedules, and nothing is more important than finding the time to stop, connect, and revive from the busy life.
Yoga is a great activity to relief stress and tension, get more oxygen and get a sooo much-needed stretch for the body. Bring yourself, and/or kids, family, friends.
What to bring to Community Yoga in Capalaba:
- Picnic rug, towel, yoga mats
- Sun and mozzie protection
- Set yourself away from the ant’s nests
- Snacks and water
- Yourself in great mood
What to expect at Community Yoga in Capalaba:
Even a complete beginner can participate in the class. Don’t worry about your level of stretch or fitness. We will do some gentle yoga stretches and breathing for about an hour. We will have a social part after the class, please bring a healthy snack for yourself or to share.
Costs: Community classes are run by donation at the end of the class. No pressure, and only if you can and are willing to give the contribution for the class.
